Béatrice Dalle

Béatrice Dalle (* 19. Dezember 1964 in Brest, Finistère, als Béatrice Cabarrou) ist eine französische Schauspielerin.

Im Alter von 16 Jahren verließ sie ihre Heimatstadt und zog nach Paris und lebte dort in der Punkszene. 1985 brachte ein Fotograf ihr Bild in eine Zeitschrift. Daraufhin wurde sie von Regisseur Jean-Jacques Beineix als Hauptdarstellerin Betty seines Filmes Betty Blue – 37,2 Grad am Morgen engagiert.

Obwohl sie quasi über Nacht zu Berühmtheit gelangte, führte sie ihr Bohème-Leben weiter. In den folgenden Jahren nahm sie in unregelmäßigen Abständen Filmangebote an, die ihr zusagten. Aber an den anfänglichen Erfolg konnte sie nie wieder anknüpfen.

Den Nachnamen hat sie von ihrem ersten Ehemann, Jean-François Dalle, angenommen. Später war sie auch mit dem französischen Rapper Joey Starr in einer Beziehung. Im Januar 2005 machte Dalle Schlagzeilen, als sie einen wegen Vergewaltigung und Freiheitsberaubung Inhaftierten heiratete, den sie bei einer wohltätigen Arbeit in einem Gefängnis der Stadt Brest kennengelernt hatte.
