Judy Reyes (* 5. November 1967 in Bronx, New York City, USA) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin und Drehbuchautorin.
Reyes wuchs in Bronx, New York City auf und entdeckte ihr Interesse an der Schauspielerein am Hunter College in Manhattan. 1992 bekam sie ihre erste Rolle in dem Film Liebe, Hass und Impotenz und arbeitete intensiv weiter im New York Theater. Sie war eine Mitgründerin der Labyrinth Theatre Company, einer multikulturellen Schauspielgemeinschaft. Einem breiteren Fernsehpublikum wurde sie durch ihre Rolle als Krankenschwester Carla Espinosa in der TV-Serie Scrubs bekannt, in der sie seit 2001 mitspielt.
Ihre zweieiige Zwillingsschwester Joselin Reyes spielte ebenso wie ihre Schwester Fidias Reyes in mehreren Fernsehproduktionen mit.
