This is the second season when Agnieszka Radwańska takes part in contests organised by WTA Tour. In this year, for good, she taked place in world lead tennis players ranking. On Sunday she first time won in this cycle- she triumfed in Stockholm (WTA Tier IV, 145 tys. dol., hard), on Monday the second time in her career she achieved the highest- 33 position in WTA classification.
First victory in professional career she achieved when she was sixteen in may 2005 in Ursynów Cup in Warsaw (ITF Women`s Futures, 10 tys. dol. clay). Few weeks later she won junior competition on gras in Wimbledon. She repeated this result eleven months later on Roland Garroses ground courts. Past this triumf Polsh Tennis Club asked The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club for access seventeen years old girl from Cracow to senior Wimbledon.
Thanks to this access Agnieszka came out in the most important competitons, she reached to 1/8 final , she lost with Belgian Kim Clijsters, viceleader WTA seed.
Earlier, in May, she came out in WTA Tour and she reached to 1/4 final warsaw J&S Cup (WTA Tour Tier II, 600 tys. dol. clay), where she lost with Russian Jelena Demientiewa. She improved this in October in Luksemburg (WTA Tour Tier II, 600 tys. dol., hard indoor), where in semi- fianl she lost with Italian Francesco Schiavone.
WTA competitions she triumfed first time on Sunday 6 th August 2007 in Stockholm (WTA Tour Tier IV, 145 tys. dol., hard). In may together with Urszula they won double competition in Stambul (WTA Tour Tier III, 200 tys. dol., clay).
