Griselda 'Gizzi' Erskine (born 20 August 1979 in Dumfries, Scotland) is a British food stylist and professionally trained chef.



Early years

Erskine lived in Dumfries until the age of 2 and before moving to England. She had an initially comfortable upbringing in London's Belgravia district, attending private school until the age of 7

Career

She trained at Leith's Cookery School in London.

Erskine presented two seasons of Channel 4's cookery show, 'Cook Yourself Thin' and is presenting the channel's major daytime series Cookery School in 2011. She has also presented cookery features for ITV1's This Morning and appeared on Sky1's 'Taste'.

Her image and styling play a promiment role in her presenting. She was formerly a punk but at present has adopted stylised 1960s look and persona.

She lives in Hackney, East London with her boyfriend of two years
