Faye Alicia Brookes (born 3 September 1987) is an actress known for playing Kate Connor in the soap opera Coronation Street since October 2015.
Brookes has also starred in theatre productions of Shrek and Legally Blonde.
She was on a version of celebrity The Chase in 2016. She managed to earn £3000 in the cash builder round but didn't get a question right against the vixen and was knocked out after 2 questions when chasing £60,000.
