Aniston arbeitete vor ihrer Karriere in einer Bank und war als Fotomodell für Suze Randall tätig. Sie begann ihre Karriere in der Branche im Jahr 2010 und hat seitdem in mehr als 100 Filmen mitgewirkt. 2011 unterzog sie sich einer Brustvergrößerung. Im Jahr 2012 wurde sie bei den XBIZ Awards in der Kategorie „New Starlet of the Year“ nominiert. Bei den 2012 AVN Awards wurde sie als „AVN Awards Trophy Girl“ ausgewählt. Im Jahr 2013 wurde sie für die XBIZ Awards in der Kategorie „Female Performer of the Year“ nominiert. Sie hat für viele große Studios gedreht, darunter Naughty America, Brazzers, Wicked Pictures, Jules Jordan Video, Evil Angel, Digital Playground und Hustler Video.

Aniston trat in Porno-Parodien wie etwa MIB Men In Black – A Hardcore Parody oder Spartacus MMXII: The Beginning auf. Im Jahr 2011 spielte sie die Hauptrolle in Official Bad Teacher Parody, einer Parodie auf den Hollywood-Film Bad Teacher.
