"Nearly two months after Amber Rayne’s passing, the Los Angeles County Coroner has released the official cause of death – accidental overdose of cocaine.

Rayne, real name Meghan Wren, died suddenly on April 2nd of 2016 and immediately an outpouring of grief came from the shocked adult world.

Amber Rayne was one of multiple women who accused fellow adult actor James Deen of sexual assault both on and off set."
