Sylvia Hoeks (* 1. Juni 1983 in Maarheeze, Cranendonck, Nordbrabant) ist eine niederländische Schauspielerin.

Bereits im Alter von 14 Jahren wurde Hoeks als Model entdeckt und bereiste in den nächsten Jahren viele europäische Länder.
Nach ihrem Schulabschluss besuchte sie die Theater Academie Maastricht.

In ihrem Debütfilm Staatsgevaarlijk (2005) spielte sie gleich eine Hauptrolle.
Für ihre darstellerische Leistung in dem Film Duska wurde Hoeks 2007
auf dem niederländischen Filmfestival mit dem Goldenen Kalb als Beste Nebendarstellerin ausgezeichnet.
Zwei Jahre später drehte sie ihren bislang erfolgreichsten Film De Storm und
wurde auf dem internationalen Filmfestival in Setúbal, Portugal, als Beste Schauspielerin gekürt.

2012 spielte sie erstmals in einem deutschen Film mit dem Titel Vatertage – Opa über Nacht.
