Patricia Carola Velásquez Semprún, kurz Patricia Velásquez (* 31. Januar 1971 in Guajira, Venezuela) ist eine venezolanische Schauspielerin und ein Fotomodell.

Patricia Velásquez ist amerindianischer Abstammung, ihre Eltern waren Lehrer. Im Jahr 1987 absolvierte sie die San Vicente de Paul High School. Bei der Wahl der „Miss Venezuela“ im Jahr 1989 erreichte sie den siebenten Platz.

Sie besuchte ein Jahr lang ein College, wo sie Ingenieurswissenschaften studierte, dann zog sie nach Mailand, um als Fotomodell zu arbeiten. Ihre Fotos erschienen in einigen Ausgaben von „Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue“, sie war u. a. für Chanel und Victoria's Secret tätig.
