Cindy Ambuehl (born January 31, 1965, in Los Angeles, California), is an American actress and fashion designer.

Before she was an actress, Ambeuhl was signed by the Judith Fontaine Modeling & Talent Agency as a model.

She played Sophie (Jerry Seinfeld's girlfriend who claims to have contracted gonorrhoea from a tractor) in Seinfeld's season 9 episode "The Burning".

From 2000-2003, she had a recurring role on the televisions series JAG as a TV producer and Harman Rabb's girlfriend, Rene Peterson.

She now works in real estate business
