Drea de Matteo (eigentlich Andrea Donna de Matteo, * 19. Januar 1972 in Queens, New York City) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin.

Sie studierte an der New Yorker Universität Tisch School of Arts. Eigentlich wollte sie Filmregisseurin werden.

2004 gewann Drea de Matteo einen Emmy in der Sparte Best Supporting Actress (Drama) für die Rolle der Adriana in der Erfolgsserie Die Sopranos und wurde für die gleiche Rolle auch für den Golden Globe nominiert.

Zur Zeit lebt sie in New York City, wo sie auch an dem Bekleidungsgeschäft ihres Ex-Lebensgefährten Michael Sportes Filth Mart im East Village beteiligt ist.
