Therese Alshammar (* 26. August 1977 in Solna) ist eine schwedische Schwimmerin. 180 cm groß ist sie Weltmeisterin über 50 m Schmetterling und mehrfache Europameisterin über 50 m Schmetterling und die kurzen Freistilstrecken.
