Tara Reid (* 8. November 1975 in Wyckoff, New Jersey, USA) ist eine US-amerikanische Filmschauspielerin.

Ihren Durchbruch feierte sie als Victoria 'Vicky' Lathum in dem Film American Pie (1999) und in dessen Fortsetzung American Pie 2 (2001). Als Kind war sie schon in dem Film A Return to Salem's Lot (1987) zu sehen. Außerdem gab sie, damals ziemlich unbemerkt, die Bunny Lebowski in dem heutigen Kultfilm The Big Lebowski (1998).
