Lisa Maria Potthoff (* 25. Juli 1978 in Berlin) ist eine deutsche Schauspielerin.

Die in Berlin geborene Lisa Maria Potthoff wuchs in München auf und absolvierte dort auch ihre Schauspielausbildung bei Schauspiel München. Schon vor und während ihrer Ausbildung hatte sie ab 1995 erste Rollen in verschiedenen TV-Serien wie Marienhof, In aller Freundschaft, Polizeiruf 110 und SOKO 5113. Im TV Hauptrollen in Bittere Unschuld, Holstein Lovers Ein Weihnachtsmärchen, Sommerwind, Blond: Eva Blond! Das Buch der Beleidungungen, Der Tod ist kein Beweis und an der Seite Herbert Knaups als Die Tochter des Kommissars. In den letzten Jahren besetzte sie auch Hauptrollen in Kinofilmen, so u.a. als Braut Sophie in der schwarzen Komödie Die Bluthochzeit, als Geliebte Nadja in Soloalbum oder als Susanne, Managerin einer schwulen Fußball-Mannschaft, in Männer wie wir.
