Melissa Joan Hart, bürgerlich Melissa Joan Catherine Wilkerson; (* 18. April 1976 in Smithtown, Long Island, New York) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin, Synchronsprecherin, und Produzentin.

Im deutschsprachigen Raum wurde sie insbesondere durch die TV-Serien Sabrina – total verhext! (Original: Sabrina the Teenage Witch) und Clarissa (Original: Clarissa Explains It All) bekannt. Ferner stand sie bereits mit vier Jahren zum ersten Mal für eine Werbesendung vor der Kamera und drehte in den USA schon mehrere Kinofilme. Sie ist auch in dem Video '(You drive me) Crazy' von Britney Spears zu sehen.

Sie studierte an der Universität von New York Kunst und Literatur und spricht fließend Französisch und etwas Italienisch.

Im Jahr 1996 lief in den Vereinigten Staaten "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" an. Diese Sendung machte sie auch in Europa bekannter. Jedoch wurden viele ihrer Filme oder andere Projekte in Europa nicht veröffentlicht, sodass ihr Bekanntheitsgrad in den USA weitaus höher blieb.

Seit dem 19. Juli 2003 ist sie mit dem Sänger der Band Course of Nature, Mark Wilkerson, verheiratet. Am 11. Januar 2006 erblickte ihr gemeinsamer Sohn Mason Walter Wilkerson das Licht der Welt.

Neben ihrer TV-Karriere hat sie außerdem für Maxim, Bikini und andere Magazine Modell gestanden.
