Lauren Holly (* 28. Oktober 1963 in Bristol, Pennsylvania) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin.
Ihre ersten Schauspielerfahrungen machte Holly 1984 in zwei Episoden der Serie Polizeirevier Hill Street. Ein Jahr später beendete sie ihr Studium am Sarah Lawrence College mit einem Abschluss in englischer Literatur. Von 1986 bis 1989 spielte sie in der Serie All My Children. Nach weiteren kleinen Rollen gelang Holly 1992 der endgültige Durchbruch mit der Fernsehserie Picket Fences – Tatort Gartenzaun. In Folge drehte sie einige Kinofilme, meist Komödien. In Deutschland ist sie zurzeit in der Sat.1-Fernsehserie Navy CIS zu sehen.
Nach zwei gescheiterten Ehen mit Danny Quinn (1992/93) und Jim Carrey (1996/97), heiratete Lauren Holly 2001 Francis Greco, einen Investmentbanker.
Sie hat drei Adoptivsöhne: Alexander (den sie nach ihrem Bruder benannte, der 1992 bei einem Brand ums Leben kam), William und Henry.
