Megan Boone (* 29. April 1983 Petoskey, Michigan, USA) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Sie erlangte internationale Bekanntheit durch ihre Rolle in dem Horrorfilm My Bloody Valentine.

Begonnen hatte sie ihre Karriere als Schauspielerin im Jahr 2001 wo sie in dem Kurzfilm Elijah die Hauptrolle übernahm und ihr Debüt gab. Nach dem Studium in London zog sie wieder nach Los Angeles und konzentrierte sich wieder auf ihre Karriere und war im Jahr 2008 in Gastauftritten in den Serien The Cleaner und Cold Case zu sehen.

Der endgültige Durchbruch als Schauspielerin kam mit der Rolle der Megan in dem Horrorfilm My Bloody Valentine aus dem Jahr 2009. Dort stand sie neben Jaime King, Jensen Ackles, Kerr Smith und Betsy Rue vor der Kamera, die Regie übernahm Patrick Lussier. Im Jahr 2010 übernahm sie in dem Drama Eggshells, bei dem es sich um ein Kurzfilm handelt, die Regie. Außerdem war sie als Drehbuchautorin und Produzentin tätig.
