Sophia Thomalla
 

Sophia Thomalla (* 6. Oktober 1989 in Berlin) ist eine deutsche Fernsehschauspielerin.
Leben [

Thomalla ist die Tochter von Simone Thomalla und André Vetters, beide ebenfalls Schauspieler. Sie wuchs bis zu ihrem siebten Lebensjahr in Berlin auf und zog dann gemeinsam mit ihrer Mutter nach Köln. Nach Vollendung des vierten Schuljahres zogen sie und ihre Mutter zurück nach Berlin, dann nach einem Jahr nach Gelsenkirchen, wo sie, auch nach der Trennung ihrer Mutter von Rudi Assauer, lebte. Im Herbst 2009 zog sie aus beruflichen Gründen wiederum nach Berlin.

Durch den befreundeten Fernsehregisseur Sigi Rothemund erhielt sie 2006 ihre erste Fernsehrolle in der ARD-Krimireihe Commissario Laurenti, in der sie als Filmtochter von Barbara Rudnik und Henry Hübchen erste Schauspielerfahrung sammelte. Der Part der schönen Livia Laurenti, die von der Teilnahme an einer Misswahl träumt, verkörperte Thomalla auch in den folgenden 4 Teilen. Seit dem 16. November 2009 ist sie in der Sat.1-Daily Soap „Eine wie keine“ als Chris Putzer zu sehen.

Thomalla studierte von 2007 bis 2009 in Bochum an der Constantin-Schauspielschule.
