Bridget Regan (* 3. Februar 1982 in San Diego County, Kalifornien) ist eine US-amerikanische Film-, Fernseh- und Theaterschauspielerin, die zurzeit die weibliche Hauptrolle Kahlan Amnell in der Fernsehreihe Legend of the Seeker verkörpert.

Regan ist seit 2006 in mehrerem Kino und TV-Shows in Amerika aufgetreten. Sie hat unter anderem in The Wedding Album, Blinders, Supreme Courtships, The Babysitters und Sex and the City mitgewirkt.

Auch in bekannten amerikanischen Serien wie Love Monkey, Law & Order, Criminal Intent, American Experience, Six Degrees, The Black Donnellys oder New Amsterdam hatte sie Gastrollen. 2008 begann Regan Legend of the Seeker, basierend auf Terry Goodkinds Buch „Das Schwert der Wahrheit“ zu drehen. Sie spielt Mutter Konfessor Kahlan Amnell. Durch den Erfolg der ersten Staffel in Amerika wurden die Dreharbeiten der zweiten Staffel bereits aufgenommen.
