Tanja Frehse (* 1972 in München) ist eine deutsche Bühnen- und Fernsehschauspielerin.

Frehse studierte von 1996 bis 1999 Schauspiel am Münchner Schauspielstudio, außerdem absolvierte sie 1998 eine Ausbildung zur Synchronsprecherin. Sie war häufig auf Münchner Theaterbühnen zu sehen, aber auch in TV-Serien wie zum Beispiel in Der Bulle von Tölz, Die Rosenheimcops, Lindenstraße (seit Folge 1188) und in der Sitcom Spezlwirtschaft im Bayerischen Fernsehen. Auf der Kinoleinwand war sie 2008 in Oscarpreisträgerin Caroline Links Drama Im Winter ein Jahr zu erleben.

Tanja Frehse lebt mit ihrer Familie in München.
