Nicole de Boer (* 20. Dezember 1970 in Toronto, auch bekannt als Nikki de Boer) ist eine kanadische Schauspielerin

Einem weltweiten Publikum wurde de Boer vor allem durch die Fernsehserie Star Trek: Deep Space Nine bekannt, in der sie in der letzten (siebten) Staffel die Rolle der „Ezri Dax” spielte.

Nicole de Boer begann ihre spätere Schauspieler-Karriere bereits in ihrer Kindheit mit Theater-Auftritten und Werbespots. Mit elf hatte sie ihren ersten Auftritt in einem Fernsehfilm. Ab Mitte der 1980er Jahre folgten Auftritte in verschiedenen, zumeist kanadischen Independent-Filmen und Serien, darunter auch einige Episoden der erfolgreichen kanadischen Sketch-Reihe Kids in the Hall und deren Kino-Spinoff Brain Candy. 1997 war sie in einer Hauptrolle in der kanadischen Science-Fiction-Serie Deepwater Black zu sehen und im von der Kritik positiv aufgenommenen Low-Budget-Thriller Cube, der das Toronto Film Festival im gleichen Jahr gewann. Dies war der bisher einzige Film mit ihr, der in Deutschland in die Kinos gelangte.

1999 heiratete sie den Filmmusik-Komponisten und Leadsänger der Gruppe All Systems Go, John Kastner, mit dem sie einen gemeinsamen Sohn hat. Seit 2002 steht sie für die auf Stephen Kings Erfolgsroman Dead Zone – Das Attentat basierende US-amerikanische Fernsehserie Dead Zone in der weiblichen Hauptrolle der Sarah Bannerman vor der Kamera.

Nicole de Boer hat in der Science-Fiction-Serie Stargate Atlantis in Episode 7 der fünften Staffel (Whispers) eine neue Rolle als Dr. Alison Porter angetreten.

Zuletzt stand de Boer für die kanadische Vampir-Komödie Suck vor der Kamera. In den Hauptrollen sind unter anderem Dave Foley, Malcolm McDowell und Rob Stefaniuk zu sehen, letzterer war auch Regisseur und Drehbuchautor des Films.
