Andrea Lüdke (* 1. September 1963 in Oebisfelde) ist eine deutsche Schauspielerin, die in zahlreichen Filmen und Fernsehserien mitwirkte, aber auch immer wieder zu ihren Wurzeln, dem Theater, zurückkehrt.

Bekannt wurde sie einem größeren Fernsehpublikum in ihrer Rolle als Streifenpolizistin Tanja König in der Serie Großstadtrevier. Zwischen 1994 und 1998 wirkte sie in den Staffeln 9 bis 12 bzw. den Episoden 74 bis 124 an der Seite von Jan Fedder. Weil sie neue Herausforderungen suchte, stieg sie nach vier Jahren aus der Serie aus und absolvierte fortan unter anderem mehrere Gastauftritte in Krimiserien wie Ein Fall für zwei, Polizeiruf 110, SOKO Köln und Wolffs Revier.

Ihre Karriere begann beim „Theater der Altmark“ in Stendal. Anfangs arbeitete sie dort als Bühnentechnikerin. Später wurde sie zur Regieassistentin befördert und kam in dieser Rolle auch hin und wieder auf der Bühne zum Einsatz, wenn gerade eine Schauspielerin ausfiel. Durch diese neue Erfahrung inspiriert, besuchte sie von 1983 bis 1987 die Hochschule für Schauspielkunst „Ernst Busch“ in Ost-Berlin. Anschließend wurde sie vom Maxim-Gorki-Theater als Absolventin engagiert und arbeitete für diverse Film- und Fernsehproduktionen.

Nachdem sie im Juli 1989 die DDR verlassen hatte, ging sie nach Hamburg, wo sich noch immer ihr Lebensmittelpunkt befindet.

In den ersten Monaten des Jahres 2009 verkörperte sie in dem Theaterstück Adrian, der Tulpendieb die Rolle der Mechthild van der Valckert.
