Liv Tyler (* 1. Juli 1977 in New York City als Liv Rundgren) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin.

Liv Tyler ist die Tochter des ehemaligen Models und Playmates Bebe Buell und des Musikers Steven Tyler von der Rock-Band Aerosmith. Tyler wuchs jedoch als Tochter des Musikers Todd Rundgren auf, den die Mutter geheiratet hatte.

Bekannt wurde sie durch das Aerosmith-Musikvideo Crazy an der Seite von Alicia Silverstone. Danach spielte sie die Rolle der Grace im Film Armageddon sowie die Elbin Arwen in den drei Teilen der Verfilmung von Der Herr der Ringe von Peter Jackson nach dem Buch von J. R. R. Tolkien.

Im Jahr 2008 wird sie, zusammen mit Edward Norton in Hulk 2: The Incredible Hulk zu sehen sein.

Am 25. März 2003 heiratete Tyler den britischen Musiker Royston Langdon, am 14. Dezember 2004 wurde ihr gemeinsamer Sohn Milo William Langdon geboren.
