Aimee Garcia (* 28. November 1978 in Chicago) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin.

Leben und Leistungen

Garcia hat mexikanische und puertorikanische Vorfahren. Sie schloss ein Studium des Journalismus und der Anglistik an der Northwestern University ab.[1] Ihren Durchbruch hatte sie im Jahre 2002 in der Komödie Soldat Kelly, in der sie an der Seite von Hilary Duff und Christy Carlson Romano auftrat. In den Jahren 2003 und 2004 spielte sie neben Anthony Anderson in der Serie Alles über die Andersons eine der Hauptrollen.

Im Jahr 2006 spielte sie in vier Episoden der Serie Die George Lopez Show die Rolle der bösen Nichte von George Lopez. Auf Grund der Berühmtheit der Person wurde sie in die letzte Staffel aufgenommen und ersetzte dort die Rolle von Masiela Lusha. Für diese Rolle wurde sie im Jahr 2007 für den ALMA Award und für den Imagen Award nominiert. In der Komödie Major Movie Star (2008) spielte sie neben Keiko Agena, Katie Chonacas, Vivica A. Fox, Steve Guttenberg und Jessica Simpson.
