Yamila Díaz-Rahi (* 9. März 1976 in Buenos Aires, Argentinien) ist ein argentinisches Supermodel.

Yamila Diaz wurde als Tochter eines Doktors und der Leiterin eines Altenheims in Argentinien geboren. Sie hat libanesische und spanische Vorfahren und zwei Schwestern namens Maria und Yael.

Sie studierte in Buenos Aires Wirtschaft und hatte nicht geplant Model zu werden. Entdeckt wurde sie von einem Mitarbeiter einer Model Agentur 1996 an einem Strand in Uruguay, als sie dort mit ihrer Familie Urlaub machte. Danach ging sie nach Mailand, hatte aber Anfangs nur relativ geringen Erfolg und arbeitete mehrere Jahre hauptsächlich für Versandhauskataloge. Erst als sie 1999 für den Sports Illustrated Bademodenkalender fotografiert wurde, startete ihre Karriere als Model richtig.

Sie wurde fotografiert für die Zeitschriften Marie Claire, die spanische und die amerikanische Elle, die europäische Ausgabe von GQ, Max und Shape. 2000 wurde sie neben Estella Warren und Laetitia Casta für die Sports Illustrated fotografiert.
