Maria Izabel Goulart Dourado (* 23. Oktober 1984 in São Carlos, São Paulo, Brasilien) ist ein brasilianisches Topmodel.

Entdeckt wurde sie von einem Haarstylisten während eines Einkaufsbummels mit der Mutter in ihrer Heimatstadt. Bei einem Contest in der Bundeshauptstadt São Paulo wurde schließlich das Modeunternehmen Victoria's Secret auf Izabel Goulart aufmerksam. Im Jahre 2005 hatte sie ihr Debüt in der Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, wo sie oft neben Alessandra Ambrosio auftritt. Auch posierte sie bereits für namhafte Fotografen wie Terry Richardson, David Sims, Greg Kadel und Vincent Peters, u.a. für die Modemagazin Vogue und Elle. Momentan lebt sie aus beruflichen Gründen in New York.

Goulart ist eines von insgesamt sieben Kindern. Die Familie hat italienische Wurzeln. Sie ist laut eigener Aussage ein großer Fan von Conan O'Brien.
