Eva Imhof, geb. Schulz, begann 1997 ein Studium der Publizistik, das sie 2005 erfolgreich abschloss.
Bei verschiedenen Medienunternehmen sammelte sie erste Erfahrungen im Medienbereich. Ihr Volontariat absolvierte sie bei dem TV-Format NBC GIGA.
Von 2003 bis 2008 war Eva Imhof beim SWR Fernsehen tätig. Sie begann als Hospitantin, arbeitete dann als Reporterin und schließlich bei verschiedenen Sendungen als On-Air Reporterin und Autorin. Zwischendurch war sie für den Entertainment Channel als Lifestyle-Moderatorin und –Redakteurin mit ihrer eigenen Rubrik über Promis und Premieren auf Sendung.
Seit 2008 ist sie als Moderatorin bei n-tv zu sehen.

Eva Imhof erhielt bisher 2 Auszeichnungen. 2005 den 3. Preis im Journalistenwettbewerb von SWR und ifp für einen Beitrag im Bereich Service. 2006 war sie mit dem 1. Preis der Landesschau Rheinlandpfalz mit dem besten Beitrag des Jahres 2006 in der Kategorie Glosse erfolgreich.

Seit August 2008 ist Eva Imhof mit dem Moderator Peter Imhof verheiratet.
