Natasha Henstridge (* 15. August 1974 in Springdale, Neufundland, Kanada) ist eine kanadische Schauspielerin. Sie wuchs auf in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Kanada.

Im Alter von 14 Jahren verließ sie ihr Zuhause und begann eine Karriere als Model in Paris. Mit 15 Jahren war sie bereits als Covergirl auf einem französischen Magazin zu sehen. Kurz darauf folgten Auftritte in Werbespots und diversen internationalen Mode-Magazinen. Am 26. August 1995 heiratete sie den amerikanischen Schauspieler Damian Chapa, aber ließ sich bereits nach zehn Monaten wieder von ihm scheiden. Sie hat zwei Söhne, Tristian River Waite (* 12. Oktober 1998) und Asher Sky Waite (* September 2001), von ihrem langjährigen Verlobten Liam Waite.
