Julie Adams
 

Julie Adams (*17. Oktober 1926 in Waterloo, Iowa, als Betty May Adams) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. In manchen Darstellerlisten taucht sie auch als Julia Adams oder Betty Adams auf. Sie begann ihre Karriere in Westernfilmen.

1949 begann sie für die Universal Studios zu arbeiten. Hier benutzte sie ihren richtigen Namen, Betty Adams. Erst dann wurde sie zu Julia und schließlich zu Julie Adams. Sie ist am besten bekannt für ihre Rolle der Kay Lawrence in Der Schrecken vom Amazonas.

Später hatte sie zahlreiche Gastauftritte in TV-Serien wie Mord ist ihr Hobby, Cold Case - Kein Opfer ist je vergessen und Lost.

Sie war mit Ray Danton (1954-1981) verheiratet und hat zwei Söhne.
