Die Halbitalienerin Sarah Winkhaus absolvierte den Diplomstudiengang Kulturwirtschaft an der Universität Passau und machte dort auch ihr Diplom in Italienisch und Englisch. Zuletzt war die 1979 geborene Münchnerin Beraterin und Autorin für die Sendung „Hits made in Italy“ (MDR), die sie auch co-moderiert.

Moderationserfahrungen sammelte das ehe-malige Model als Nachrichtensprecherin und Moderatorin bei TRP1 Tele Regional Passau sowie im Live-Bereich in Österreich bei Galaabenden und Modenschauen.

Gemeinsam mit Frederic Meisner moderiert sie auf GoldStar TV das „Hitcocktail Wunschkonzert“. In ihrer ersten gemeinsamen Sendung am Muttertag 2008 stiegen sie im Heißluftballon in windige Höhen und präsentierten den Zuschauern das Voralpenland aus der Vogelperspektive.

Zu ihrem Engagement bei GoldStar TV sagt die junge Moderatorin: „Ich freue mich, eine so interaktive Sendung wie das ‚Hitcocktail Wunschkonzert’ moderieren zu dürfen. Hier sind die Zuschauer durch ihre Liederwünsche direkt am Programm und der Musikauswahl beteiligt, das gefällt mir.“
