Tatjana Patitz (* 25. März 1966 in Hamburg, Deutschland) ist ein weltbekanntes deutsches Fotomodell. Patitz wuchs in Schweden auf. Nachdem sie im Alter von 17 Jahren durch den berühmten Modefotografen Peter Lindbergh entdeckt wurde, zählte sie in den 80er und frühen 90er Jahren zu den berühmtesten Supermodels der Welt.

Nach ihrem Umzug von Paris nach Kalifornien forcierte sie ihre Filmkarriere und nahm einige Rollen an. Im Thriller Die Wiege der Sonne (1993) mit Sean Connery nach Michael Crichton hat sie einen Cameo als das attraktive Mordopfer Cheryl Lynn Austin. Patitz war unter anderem mit dem Schauspieler Johnny Depp und eine längere Zeit auch mit dem Popsänger Seal liiert. Sie ist offenbar seit 2003 mit dem amerikanischen Geschäftsmann Jason Johnson verheiratet, mit dem sie einen gemeinsamen Sohn hat. 1999 zog sich Patitz für den deutschen Playboy aus. Heute lebt Tatjana Patitz zurückgezogen mit ihrem Sohn auf einer Ranch im kalifornischen Malibu, umgeben von ihren Pferden, Hunden und Katzen.
