Sophia Anna Bush (* 8. Juli 1982 in Los Angeles) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin.

Erstmals war sie in der Komödie Party Animals – Wilder geht's nicht! in der Rolle der Sally an der Seite von Ryan Reynolds vor der Kamera zu sehen. Danach spielte sie Gastrollen bei "Sabrina – total verhext!" und in der Dramaserie "Nip/Tuck". Nach zwei Fernsehspielfilmen kam sie dann zur Rolle der Brooke Davis in "One Tree Hill". Im Jahre 2005 spielte sie die Zoey Lang an der Seite von Aaron Carter in "Supercross". 2006 folgten der Horror-Thriller "Stay Alive" und die erfolgreiche Teeniekomödie "Rache ist sexy". Im Jahr 2007 zeigte sich Sophia wieder in einem Horrorfilm. Dabei handelte es sich um ein Remake zu "The Hitcher".

Am 16. April 2005 heiratete sie in Santa Monica ihren Schauspielkollegen aus "One Tree Hill", Chad Michael Murray. Die Ehe der beiden hielt gerade einmal fünf Monate und die beiden gaben im September 2005 ihre Trennung bekannt. Für die Serie "One Tree Hill" stehen aber nach wie vor beide vor der Kamera. Seit Herbst 2006 ist Sophia mit dem Schauspieler Jon Foster zusammen, mit dem sie zuvor für "Stay Alive" vor der Kamera stand. Ihre Ehe mit Chad wurde endgültig am 29. Dezember 2006 zu den Akten gelegt, als die beiden offiziell geschieden wurden. Sophias beste Freundinnen sind die Schauspielerinnen Brittany Snow ("Rache ist sexy") und Bethany Joy Lenz ("One Tree Hill").
