Hilary Scott
 

Hilary Scott is a young singer songwriter who makes her home in Seattle, Washington.

Scott's genre is difficult to define; she blends blues, folk, rock and classical influences in her music. Receiving commercial and independent airplay, she is signed to the Indie label Belltown Records. Although Scott primarily writes both music and lyrics to her songs, she has recently been co-writing with Matt Wilder of Wilderness Productions in Nashville.

Her discography includes The Floating World, Hypothermia, Come In, Come In: Live!, Out of the Wilderness, and The Best of Hilary Scott Live.

Scott and the Hilary Scott Band tour in and around the Midwest; they once appeared as the opening act for Tanya Tucker in the Festival at Sandpoint in Idaho.

In September 2007, the Hilary Scott Band played the Roots 'N Blues 'N BBQ Festival in Columbia, Missouri alongside blues legends Taj mahal, Tab Benoit, Chris Thomas King and others.

In late 2008, Scott is performing piano/vocals nightly (six nights per week) at a hotel in Viet Nam via Premier Talent International.
