Pauley Perrette
 

Pauley Perrette (* 27. März 1969 in New Orleans) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin.

Nach ihrem Highschool-Abschluss studierte sie in Atlanta Soziologie und Psychologie. In Kriminologie bekam sie den Master-Titel. Nach dem Studium zog sie nach New York. Sie wollte Schauspielerin werden, bekam jedoch in der Anfangszeit ihrer Karriere nur kleinere Auftritte in Werbespots und Musikvideos.

Pauley erhielt später Rollen in verschiedenen Serien und Filmen. Ihre bekannteste Rolle fand sie 2003 als „Abigail (Abby) Sciuto“ in der Serie „Navy CIS“.

Am 20. Oktober 2000 heiratete sie Coyote Shivers. Die Ehe hielt vier Jahre. Sie war eine gute Freundin der Rocksängerin und Bassistin Bianca Halstead (von der Band Betty Blowtorch), die 2001 bei einem Autounfall starb. Ein Jahr später starben Pauleys Mutter und ihr Freund Glenn Quinn. Pauley ist nicht nur Schauspielerin, sondern ist auch als Produzentin tätig. Sie drehte den Film „The American Shame“. Sie ist eine Poetin und ein Spoken Word Artist und hat einige Werke veröffentlicht. Pauley Perrette spielte auch in der Girlband ( Independent-Rock ) Lo-Ball wo sie den Gesangspart übernahm. Die Band löste sich 2003 auf.
