Die gebürtige Oldenburgerin erlangte durch ihren YouTube-Kanal große Bekanntheit, auf dem sie Einblicke in ihren Alltag mit ihren Pferden gibt. Gemeinsam mit ihrem Partner Tom Stein betreibt sie zudem ein Unternehmen und produziert den Podcast „Hella & Tom“.

Anfang 2025 erfüllte sich Gabbert einen langgehegten Traum und wanderte für zunächst sechs Monate nach Mallorca aus, wobei sie ihre Pferde und Hunde mitnahm. Während sie von dort aus Content produziert, blieb ihr Partner Tom Stein in Deutschland, um das gemeinsame Unternehmen weiterzuführen.
