Manuela Vellés Casariego (* 16. Januar 1987) ist eine spanische Schauspielerin, die vor allem für ihre Auftritte in Fernsehserien und Filmen bekannt ist.

Manuela Vellés stammt aus einer Familie von Künstlern, Schriftstellern und Designern, ihre Eltern sind Architekten. Ihr Schauspielstudium begann sie an der Schule des argentinischen Regisseurs Juan Carlos Corazza, im Studiengang "Theater für die Jugend". Sie setzte ihre Ausbildung bei Jorge Eines, Augusto Fernandes und Fernando Leones fort und besuchte 2010 die Acting School of London.

Neben ihrer Tätigkeit als Schauspielerin hat sie eine parallele Karriere als Musikerin entwickelt. Sie hat Lieder in mehreren Filmen und Serien gesungen und komponiert ihre eigenen Lieder auf der Gitarre.
