Shailene Woodley (* 15. November 1991 in Simy Valley, Kalifornien, USA) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin, die vor allem als Erstbesetzung der Rolle Kaitlin Cooper in O.C., California bekannt wurde.

Wood besuchte die Valley View Middle School und besucht derzeit die Simi Valley Highschool.

Bereits im Alter von fünf Jahren begann sie zu schauspielern. Neben dem Schauspielern und der Schule schreibt sie gerne Scripts, dreht eigene Filme oder fotografiert. Außerdem probiert sie gern Extremsportarten wie Parasailing, Bungee-Jumping und Stuntfliegen aus.

Seid 2008 spielt Sie die Rolle der der Amy Juergens in der amerikanischen ABC Family Serie The Secret Life of the American Teenager. In der Serie welche am 1. Juli 2008 das erste Mal ausgestrahlt wurde spielt Sie einen 15 jährigen Teenager der entdeckt das Sie schwanger ist.
