Frauke Petry
 

Frauke Petry (* 1. Juni 1975 in Dresden als Frauke Marquardt) ist eine deutsche Politikerin, promovierte Chemikerin und Unternehmerin. 2013 wurde sie eine von drei Parteisprechern der Alternative für Deutschland und Vorsitzende der AfD Sachsen; seit 2014 ist sie Mitglied des Sächsischen Landtags. Im Juli 2015 wurde sie nach einem monatelangen innerparteilichen Machtkampf neben Jörg Meuthen als Bundessprecherin wiedergewählt. Sie wird hinsichtlich der politischen Ausrichtung dem nationalkonservativen Parteiflügel zugerechnet.
