5. Oktober 1983 in New York City, USA) ist ein US-amerikanisches Fotomodell, Unternehmerin, Designerin sowie eine Erbin des Hilton-Vermögens.

Nicky Hilton ist die zweite Tochter von Richard Howard Hilton und Katherine Richards Hilton, die Fernsehserien wie The Fear Factor oder die Reality-Show The Good Life produzieren. Sie ist zweieinhalb Jahre jünger als ihre Schwester Paris und hat zwei jüngere Brüder, Barron Nicholas und Conrad Hughes Hilton. Ihre Großeltern väterlicherseits sind William Barron Hilton und Marilyn Hawley. Ihr Urgroßvater ist der Gründer der Hilton-Hotelkette Conrad Hilton. Nach ihrem High School Abschluss an der Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, Kalifornien, studierte sie Design am Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City

Nicky ist in der Öffentlichkeit, genauso wie ihre Schwester Paris, für ihren Jet-Set-Lebensstil bekannt, wobei sie mittlerweile mehr im Hintergrund steht. Neben einer Schmuckkollektion, die sie mit ihrer Schwester Paris entworfen hat, hat sie für die japanische Marke Samantha Thavasa eine Handtaschenkollektion entworfen.

Am 15. August 2004 heiratete Nicky Hilton Todd Andrew Meister in einer Hochzeitskapelle in Las Vegas. Kurze Zeit später wurde die Ehe jedoch wieder geschieden. Seit Ende 2004 ist Nicky Hilton mit dem amerikanischen Schauspieler Kevin Connolly liiert. Allerdings trennte sich das Paar im Oktober 2006 wieder.

Nach „Chick by Nicky Hilton“ brachte sie 2006 ihre zweite eigene Modekollektion namens „Nicky Hilton Beverly Hills“ heraus.

Anfang Juli 2006 gab Nicky Hilton bekannt, dass sie eine eigene Hotelkette gründen wird. Dazu will sie zunächst zwei bereits existierende Hotels renovieren. Im November dieses Jahres sollen bereits die Hotels auf der Printer’s Row in Chicago und am Ocean Boulevard in Miami eröffnet werden. Das Hotel in Chicago soll ein ruhiges Ambiente erhalten und das Hotel in Miami wird zu einer Party- Location umgebaut. Unterstützt wird sie bei ihrem Vorhaben vom Star- Designer Roberto Cavalli, der eine Suite entwerfen wird. Die Hotelkette soll „Nicky O“ heißen.
