Jenny Elvers-Elbertzhagen

Elvers wuchs in Amelinghausen, einem Heidedorf bei Lüneburg, auf und besuchte in Lüneburg die Realschule Oedeme, welche sie mit der Mittleren Reife abschloss.

1989 begann sie eine Ausbildung an der Schauspielschule Die Etage in Berlin. Anschließend studierte sie ab 1993 an der Schauspielschule Hamburg, die sie mit einem Diplom abschloss, und ging nach Los Angeles an die American National Academy of Performing Arts.

Seit den 1990er-Jahren ist Jenny Elvers-Elbertzhagen als Moderatorin und Schauspielerin in Deutschland tätig. Ihr Image als sogenanntes "Luder" wurde 1995 durch einen freizügigen Kurzauftritt in dem Film "Männerpension" von Detlev Buck und durch häufige medienwirksame öffentliche Auftritte begründet. Auch die Vermarktung ihrer Beziehungen zu Heiner Lauterbach und Alex Jolig sowie der Geburt ihres Kindes im Jahr 2001 sorgten für mediale Aufmerksamkeit. Seit 2003 ist sie mit ihrem Manager Goetz Elbertzhagen verheiratet.

2004 moderierte Elvers-Elbertzhagen KlatschTV auf Sat.1. Die Sendung wurde nach wenigen Monaten wieder eingestellt. Nach längerer Fernsehabstinenz arbeitete sie ab 2005 als Moderatorin im Homeshoppingkanal RTL Shop und versuchte sich zudem als Sängerin.

2006 wirkte Elvers-Elbertzhagen in Bucks Film Knallhart mit. Im August desselben Jahres kündigte Christoph Schlingensief ein Theater- und Filmprojekt mit Jenny Elvers-Elbertzhagen als Lady Diana an. Am 14. September 2006 kam Kaprow City an der Berliner Volksbühne zur Premiere.

Im Mai 2007 wirkte sie bei der RTL-Show Let's Dance mit. Sie musste die Show jedoch bereits nach der ersten Sendung auf Grund des schlechten Votings verlassen.
