Sandra Hüller
Sandra Hüller (* 1978 in Suhl) ist eine deutsche Schauspielerin.
Leben In ihrer Schulzeit besuchte sie den Theaterkurs der Schule und nahm später an Theaterworkshops (z.B. Theatertreffen der Jugend 1996) teil. Sie studierte von 1996 bis 2000 an der Hochschule für Schauspielkunst „Ernst Busch“ Berlin. Danach war sie von 1999 bis 2001 am Theaterhaus Jena und dann ein Jahr am Schauspielhaus Leipzig engagiert. Der Jenaer Dramaturg Oliver Held empfahl sie schließlich dem Theater Basel, wo sie seit der Spielzeit 2002/03 bis zum Sommer 2006 tätig war. Bekannt wurde Sandra Hüller durch Ihre Rolle als Michaela Klingler in Hans-Christian Schmids Film Requiem. Für ihre Darstellung der an Epilepsie erkrankten jungen Frau wurde sie mehrfach ausgezeichnet. 2008 stand sie für Max Färberböcks Verfilmung von Anonyma – Eine Frau in Berlin vor der Kamera. In Der Architekt (2009) ist sie neben Matthias Schweighöfer, Sophie Rois und Josef Bierbichler zu sehen. Auf der Theaterbühne stellte Sandra Hüller 2009 in dem Tanzschauspiel For Love (Regie: Tom Schneider) die Rocksängerin und Kurt Cobain-Witwe Courtney Love dar. Im Prater der Volksbühne Berlin spielte sie Königin Elisabeth I. in Virgin Queen. Das Stück unter der Regie von Claudia Bauer ist ein Solo mit Sandra Hüller, drei Musikern sowie zahlreichen Puppen, die von den Musikern gespielt werden. Sandra Hüller lebt in Berlin. |
