Evanna Lynch
 

Evanna Lynch (* 16. August 1991 in Termonfeckin, County Louth, Irland) ist eine irische Schauspielerin.

Lynch, die zuvor nie Schauspielunterricht genommen hatte, wurde 2006 bei einem offenen Casting für die Rolle der Luna Lovegood ausgewählt und gab 2007 in der Verfilmung des fünften Harry-Potter-Romans Harry Potter und der Orden des Phönix ihr Kinodebüt. Nach einem Treffen und längeren Chat mit J.K. Rowling sagte diese nur, dass Evanna „perfekt“ zur Rolle der Luna passe.

Sie lebt mit ihrem Vater Donal, ihrer Mutter Marguerite, ihren beiden Schwestern Máiréad und Emily und ihrem jüngeren Bruder Patrick in ihrem Geburtsort. Sie besucht zurzeit das Our Lady's College, Greenhills in Drogheda im dritten Jahr.
