Annette Frier, bürgerlich Annette Wünsche geb. Frier, (* 22. Januar 1974 in Köln) ist Schauspielerin und Komikerin.

Nach dem Abitur studierte sie drei Jahre klassisches Schauspiel an der Schule des Kölner Theaters „Der Keller“ und arbeitete als Theaterschauspielerin in Köln. 1997 spielte Frier in 54 Folgen der RTL-Serie Hinter Gittern – Der Frauenknast die Rolle der Vivi Andrascheck, im selben Jahr außerdem im Thriller Post Mortem, ebenfalls bei RTL. 1998 startete ihre Comedy-Karriere in der ProSieben-Sendung Switch. Daneben spielte sie von 1999 bis 2001 die Rolle der Jenny in der Sat.1-Krimiserie SK Kölsch.

Zwischen 2000 und 2002 war Frier Co-Moderatorin der Wochenshow. Zwischen 2002 und 2003 spielte sie die weibliche Hauptperson in der Serie „Du und Ich“. Ihr Serienpartner war Martin Armknecht.

Seit 2004 war sie häufig in der Improvisations-Comedy-Show Schillerstraße zu sehen. Zudem moderierte sie die von Stefan Raab ins Leben gerufenen Shows SSDSGPS im Jahr 2004 und den Bundesvision Song Contest im Jahr 2005.

Seit 2005 ist Frier in der Kindersendung Sesamstraße sowie der Pro7-Comedy Alles außer Sex in der Rolle der Minza zu sehen. Außerdem spielt sie im Kölner Theater im Bauturm die Hauptrolle in einer Inszenierung des Stücks Nora von Henrik Ibsen und wirkte in einer Folge der Serie Familie Heinz Becker mit. 2006 gewann sie in der Kategorie „Beste Programmidee“ die Goldene Romy für Schillerstraße. Von April bis Oktober 2006 drehte sie wieder für Alles außer Sex in München.

Seit dem 30. August 2002 ist Annette Frier mit Johannes Wünsche verheiratet. Sie hat eine jüngere und eine ältere Schwester.
