Parminder Nagra
 

Parminder Kaur Nagra (* 5. Oktober 1975 in Leicester, England) ist eine britische Schauspielerin indischer Abstammung.

Bekannt wurde sie durch ihre Rolle als Fußballerin Jesminder Kaur Singh Bhamra in Kick it like Beckham.
Im Jahr 2003 trat sie der Stammbesetzung der US-Serie Emergency Room bei, in der sie bis heute die Ärztin Neela Rasgotra verkörpert.
