Sophie Monk (* 14. Dezember 1979 in England als Sophie Charlene Akland Monk) ist eine australische Schauspielerin und Sängerin.

Monk bewarb sich im Jahr 1999 auf eine Anzeige der australischen Fernsehsendung Popstars, in der Mädchen mit Tanz- und Gesangerfahrung gesucht wurden. Sie wurde Mitglied der Musikgruppe Bardot.

In der Komödie Date Movie (2006) spielte sie neben Alyson Hannigan eine der größeren Rollen. In einer der Szenen des Films parodiert sie Paris Hilton. In der Komödie Klick (2006) trat sie neben Adam Sandler und David Hasselhoff auf. Der Film Sex and Death 101, in dem sie an der Seite von Winona Ryder spielt, befindet sich in der Postproduktion (Stand: Juli 2006).

Am 24. Dezember 2006 machte Good Charlotte-Mitglied Benji Madden ihr einen Heiratsantrag. Beide sind seit September 2006 zusammen.
