Susanne Daubner (* 1962 in Halle (Saale)) ist eine deutsche Fernsehmoderatorin und Nachrichtensprecherin.

Nach ihrem Abitur absolvierte sie zunächst eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und ließ sich anschließend als Sprecherin und Moderatorin vom Rundfunk der DDR ausbilden. Ab 1987 war sie dort Nachrichtensprecherin und Moderatorin des Jugendprogramms DT64.

In der DDR lebte sie zuletzt im Berliner Ortsteil Prenzlauer Berg. Nach ihrer Flucht aus der DDR im Juni 1989 über Ungarn und Jugoslawien arbeitete sie für den Sender Freies Berlin (SFB) als Nachrichten- und Programmsprecherin. Ab 1992 war sie dann für den Ostdeutschen Rundfunk Brandenburg (ORB) tätig, kehrte 1997 aber wieder zum SFB zurück.

Seit dem 5. Januar 1999 gehört sie zu den Sprecherinnen der ARD-Tagesschau. Hier trat sie die Nachfolge von Wilhelm Wieben an.

Susanne Daubner war die erste dunkelhaarige Sprecherin der Tagesschau überhaupt.

Sie hat eine Tochter und ist alleinerziehend.
