Maggie Rizer (* 9. Januar 1978 als Margaret Mary Rizer in Watertown, New York) ist ein US-amerikanisches Supermodel, Schauspielerin und AIDS-Aktivistin.
Maggie wuchs mit drei Geschwistern in Watertown im Norden des US-Bundesstaates New York auf.
Sie begann als Teenager mit 17 als Model zu arbeiten nachdem ihre Mutter Bilder zu einer New Yorker Modellagentur geschickt hatte. 1997 hatte sie ihren internationalen Durchbruch als Steven Meisel sie entdeckte und für den italienische VOGUE fotografierte.
Nach Steven Meisel’s Entdeckung galt Rizer lange Zeit als eines der wenigen Supermodels. Als sie 2003 erfuhr, dass ihr Stiefvater, ein Versicherungskaufmann der für ihre finanzielle Planung verantwortlich war, fast ihr gesamtes Vermögen an Glücksspiele verloren hatte, vernachlässigte sie ihr Aussehen und ihre Modelkarriere und verschwand aus die Öffentlichkeit. Nach zwei Jahren versuchte sie eine Rückkehr, der große internationale Erfolg wie bis 2003 blieb jedoch aus.

Einige Magazine, für die Rizer arbeitete, sind Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire und Cosmopolitan. Sie hatte Anzeigenkampagnen für Marken wie Prada, Calvin Klein, Oscar de la Renta, Max Mara, Chanel, Fendi, Tommy Hilfiger und Versace. Sie wird gelobt als ein sehr wandelbares Model.

Rizer war vierzehn als ihr öffentlich homosexueller Vater, Kevin O'Dea Rizer an den Folgen von AIDS starb. Seitdem bemüht sie sich um die allgemeine Aufklärung über HIV.

Rizer hat sich mit dem IMB-Erben Alexander Mehran im Herbst 2007 verlobt, die Hochzeit ist für 2008 geplant
