Sienna Rose Miller (* 28. Dezember 1981 in New York City) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin.

Ihr Vater Ed Miller ist Banker, ihre Mutter Jo leitete die Londoner Lee-Strasberg-Schule. Sienna wurde zwar in den USA geboren, ist aber in England aufgewachsen. Ihre Eltern ließen sich bald nach ihrer Geburt scheiden. Sie besuchte die renommierte Heathfield School in Ascot, Surrey. Während ihrer Schulzeit entdeckte sie ihre Leidenschaft für Kunst, welche ohne Zweifel ein "Erbstück" ihrer Mutter ist. Nach der Schule kehrte sie nach New York zurück und besuchte dort die Lee-Strasberg-Schule.

In New York trat sie in den Theaterstücken "The Striker", "Independence" und "Cigarettes & Chocolate" auf. Als Fotomodel stand sie für Kampagnen von Coca-Cola, Prada und den berühmten Pirelli-Kalender 2003 vor der Kamera. Sie ist mittlerweile das Top-Testimonial der Kult-Jeansmarke "Pepe Jeans London". 2002 bekam Sienna eine Rolle in dem Independent-Film "High Speed". Die nächste Rolle bekam sie in der FOX-Kurzserie "The American Embassy" 2002, anschließend in der BBC-Miniserie "Bedtime".

Zu dieser Zeit wurde sie von Paramount Pictures entdeckt und durfte einen Sieben-Jahres-Vertrag unterzeichnen. Ihr erster Job, der aus diesem Deal hervorging, war eine Nebenrolle als Fiona Bickerton in der FOX-Serie Keen Eddie. Ihr nächster Film war das Londoner Krimi-Drama Layer Cake 2004. Der darauffolgende ist ein Remake des Michael-Caine-Klassikers Alfie, in dem sie an der Seite von Jude Law und Marisa Tomei spielt. Außerdem spielte sie 2005 an der Seite von Heath Ledger als zweite Hauptrolle in Casanova mit.

Im November 2006 wurde ein Date mit ihr für 3800 US-Dollar an einen 16-jährigen Jungen zugunsten der UNICEF versteigert.[1] Am Weihnachtstag 2004 verlobte sie sich mit ihrem Freund Jude Law, den sie am Set des gemeinsamen Films Alfie kennengelernt hat. Im August trennte sich das Paar wieder, auf Grund einer Affäre von Jude Law mit dem Kindermädchen.

Sienna besitzt mit ihrer Schwester Savannah eine eigene Modelinie die sich Twenty8Twelfe nennt.
