Drew Blyth Barrymore ( geb. 22. Februar 1975 in Culver City, Kalifornien ) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Sie ist zudem Model und Filmproduzentin.

Drew Barrymore wurde für ihre schauspielerischen Leistungen mehrfach mit internationalen Auszeichnungen geehrt. Bereits 1983 gewann sie einen Young Artist Award für ihre Mitwirkung in E. T. – Der Außerirdische, gefolgt von zwei Golden-Globe-Nominierungen für Triple Trouble (1984) und Guncrazy (1992). 2010 erhielt sie für Grey Gardens den Preis der Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Am 3. Februar 2004 wurde die Schauspielerin mit einem Stern auf dem Hollywood Walk of Fame verewigt.

Am 27. April 2007 kam Drew Barrymore auf das Titelblatt des US-Magazins People, nachdem sie in der Liste der schönsten Menschen der Welt auf Platz 1 gewählt wurde.

2010 gewann Barrymore für Grey Gardens ihren ersten Golden Globe (Beste Hauptdarstellerin in einer Mini-Serie oder einem Fernsehfilm) sowie einen Screen Actors Guild Award.
