Liu Shishi (born 10 March 1987), also known as Cecilia Liu, is a Chinese actress who graduated from the Beijing Dance Academy with a major in ballet. She is best known for her role as Ruoxi in the Chinese time-travel drama Scarlet Heart.

Liu is known as one of the New Four Dan Actresses.
